OctoDock 說明付費方案取消、退款期限、退款申請流程與不適用退款的情況。

退款政策

1. 訂閱模式

OctoDock 是訂閱制 SaaS 服務。付費方案可能按月或按年收費,實際費用、功能與週期以你購買時顯示的方案為準。

2. 取消訂閱

你可以隨時取消訂閱。取消後:

  • 已付款的方案會持續到目前計費週期結束。
  • 下一個計費週期不會再自動收費。
  • 週期結束後,帳號會依當時可用方案降回免費或未付費狀態。
  • 取消訂閱不會自動刪除帳號資料;資料刪除請依資料刪除政策處理。

3. 14 天退款期限

每筆付款日起 14 個日曆天內,你可以申請全額退款。超過 14 天後,該筆付款原則上不再退款, 但你仍可取消訂閱以避免未來再次收費。

4. 如何申請退款

請寄信到 support@octo-dock.com 並提供:

  • OctoDock 帳號 Email。
  • 欲退款的付款日期或交易識別資訊。
  • 退款原因。這不是必填,但有助於我們確認問題。

我們會盡量在 5 個工作天內處理退款請求。實際入帳時間仍取決於付款服務商與發卡銀行。

5. 不適用退款的情況

  • 超過 14 天退款期限的付款。
  • 重複訂閱後退款、濫用試用或濫用退款流程。
  • 因違反服務條款、濫用 API、造成安全風險而被終止的帳號。
  • 未先聯絡客服即透過付款爭議或拒付流程處理,且無法確認交易狀態的案件。

Refund Policy

1. Subscription model

OctoDock is a subscription SaaS service. Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually. The price, features, and billing cycle are based on the plan shown at the time of purchase.

2. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation:

  • Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing period.
  • After the period ends, your account returns to the available free or unpaid state.
  • Cancellation does not automatically delete account data; data deletion is handled under the data deletion policy.

3. 14-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of each payment. After 14 days, that payment is generally not refundable, but you may still cancel to prevent future charges.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@octo-dock.com and include:

  • Your OctoDock account email address.
  • The payment date or transaction identifier you want refunded.
  • The reason for the refund. This is optional, but helps us verify the issue.

We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days. Actual posting time depends on the payment provider and issuing bank.

5. Exceptions

  • Payments outside the 14-day refund window.
  • Repeated subscribe-and-refund behavior, trial abuse, or refund-process abuse.
  • Accounts terminated for Terms violations, API abuse, or security risks.
  • Payment disputes or chargebacks started without first contacting support when transaction status cannot be verified.
