1. 接受條款

使用 OctoDock 即代表你同意本服務條款。OctoDock 由查爾斯有限公司提供，用於讓 AI agent 透過 MCP 與其他介面操作你授權的工具與 App。 若你不同意本條款，請不要使用本服務。

2. 服務內容

OctoDock 提供統一的 MCP endpoint、App 連接、OAuth 授權、agent 操作歷史、常用參數記憶、瀏覽器擷取、adapter 轉換與相關管理介面。 實際可用功能會依方案、權限、第三方服務狀態與安全設定而有所不同。

3. 帳號與 AI client 授權

• 你需要使用有效帳號登入 OctoDock。
• 你應保護自己的 MCP URL、API key、OAuth client、裝置授權碼與登入狀態。
• 當你授權 Claude、CLI、bridge 或其他 AI client 使用 OctoDock 時，該 client 可在授權範圍內呼叫工具。
• 你可以在 dashboard 撤銷 AI client 授權或中斷 App 連線。

4. 連接 App 與 agent 操作

你授權第三方 App 後，OctoDock 會依授權範圍代為讀取或寫入資料。AI agent 可能執行查詢、建立、更新、刪除、發布、付款或其他動作； 你應根據自己的安全模式與信任程度設定權限。你仍需確保自己的指令與第三方 App 條款、法律及組織政策相容。

5. 可接受使用

你不得使用 OctoDock 進行以下行為：

• 非法、詐欺、濫發訊息、釣魚、惡意程式或侵犯他人權益的行為。
• 未經授權存取他人帳號、資料、系統或第三方服務。
• 規避第三方平台限制、濫用 API 配額、重放敏感 session 或繞過安全檢查。
• 將 OctoDock 用於違反第三方服務條款的自動化。
• 未經書面同意轉售、出租或提供競品託管服務。

6. 方案、付款與退款

OctoDock 可能提供免費與付費方案。付費功能依購買當時顯示的價格與方案內容計費。退款規則請見 退款政策。我們可能因成本、供應商或產品調整修改價格，重大變更會提前通知。

7. 資料與隱私

OctoDock 對資料的收集、使用、保存與刪除方式，請見 隱私政策。你可以依 資料刪除頁 申請刪除資料。

8. 服務可用性與責任限制

OctoDock 依現況提供。我們會努力維持服務，但不保證所有第三方 API、OAuth、瀏覽器擷取、AI client 或 adapter 永遠可用。 在法律允許範圍內，OctoDock 不對間接、附帶、特殊或衍生損害負責。

9. 終止與變更

若你違反條款、造成安全風險或濫用服務，我們可暫停或終止你的使用權。你也可以刪除帳號。條款更新後，持續使用服務代表你接受新版條款。

1. Acceptance of terms

By using OctoDock, you agree to these Terms of Service. OctoDock is provided by Chaos Co., Ltd. and lets AI agents operate tools and apps you authorize through MCP and related interfaces. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

OctoDock provides a unified MCP endpoint, app connections, OAuth authorization, agent operation history, common-parameter memory, browser capture, adapter conversion, and related management surfaces. Available features may vary by plan, permissions, third-party service status, and safety settings.

3. Account and AI client authorization

• You must use a valid account to sign in to OctoDock.
• You are responsible for protecting your MCP URL, API keys, OAuth clients, device authorization codes, and login sessions.
• When you authorize Claude, a CLI, bridge, or another AI client to use OctoDock, that client may call tools within the permission scope you grant.
• You can revoke AI client authorization or disconnect apps from the dashboard.

4. Connected apps and agent actions

After you authorize a third-party app, OctoDock may read or write data within the scope you granted. AI agents may query, create, update, delete, publish, pay, or perform other actions. You should configure permissions according to your safety mode and trust level. You remain responsible for making sure your instructions comply with third-party terms, law, and organizational policies.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use OctoDock for:

• Illegal, fraudulent, spam, phishing, malware, or rights-infringing activity.
• Unauthorized access to another person's account, data, system, or third-party service.
• Circumventing platform limits, abusing API quotas, replaying sensitive sessions, or bypassing safety checks.
• Automation that violates third-party service terms.
• Resale, rental, or competing hosted services without written permission.

6. Plans, billing, and refunds

OctoDock may offer free and paid plans. Paid features are billed according to the price and plan shown at purchase. Refund rules are described in the Refund Policy. Pricing may change due to cost, provider, or product changes, with notice for material changes.

7. Data and privacy

Collection, use, retention, and deletion of data are described in the Privacy Policy. You may request deletion through the Data Deletion page.

8. Availability and limitation of liability

OctoDock is provided as is. We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee that every third-party API, OAuth flow, browser capture, AI client, or adapter will always work. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OctoDock is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Termination and changes

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create a safety risk, or abuse the service. You may delete your account. Continued use after terms are updated means you accept the updated terms.
