資料刪除 / Data Deletion

1. 斷開單一 App

如果你只想停止 OctoDock 使用某個 App，請到 dashboard 中斷該 App 連線。中斷後，OctoDock 會撤銷並刪除該 App 的 token、API key 或連線憑證。

2. 刪除帳號

若你要刪除整個 OctoDock 帳號，請寄信到 support@octo-dock.com ，主旨寫「Account Deletion Request」，並提供你的 OctoDock 帳號 Email。

確認身份後，我們會在 30 天內刪除：

• 帳號資料與設定。
• 所有已連接 App 的 token、API key 與連線憑證。
• agent 操作紀錄中可歸屬於你的帳號資料。
• 常用參數、偏好、操作記憶與保存的工作背景。
• 已匯入的瀏覽器 session 或登入狀態資料。

3. 瀏覽器擷取資料

OctoDock Capture 的本機擷取資料會留在你的瀏覽器擴充功能儲存區。你可以清除擴充功能資料、移除擴充功能， 或用新的擷取資料覆蓋舊資料。若你已匯入 OctoDock，伺服器端的審查資料會依帳號刪除流程移除。

4. 第三方平台資料

刪除 OctoDock 資料不會刪除第三方平台上的原始資料，例如 Google、Notion、GitHub、Threads、Instagram 或 Facebook 裡的資料。 若要刪除第三方平台上的資料，請到該平台自己的隱私或帳號設定處理。

5. Meta 資料刪除 callback

若 Meta 平台向 OctoDock 發送資料刪除通知，OctoDock 會透過下列 endpoint 接收並刪除對應 token：

1. Disconnect a single app

If you only want OctoDock to stop using one app, disconnect that app from the dashboard. OctoDock will revoke and delete that app's token, API key, or connection credential.

2. Delete your account

To delete your entire OctoDock account, email support@octo-dock.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your OctoDock account email address.

After identity confirmation, we delete the following within 30 days:

• Account profile and settings.
• All connected app tokens, API keys, and connection credentials.
• Agent operation records attributable to your account.
• Common parameters, preferences, operation memory, and saved work context.
• Imported browser sessions or login-state data.

3. Browser capture data

Local OctoDock Capture data remains in your browser extension storage. You can clear extension data, remove the extension, or overwrite old captures with a new capture. If you imported data into OctoDock, server-side review artifacts are removed through the account deletion process.

4. Third-party platform data

Deleting OctoDock data does not delete original data on third-party platforms such as Google, Notion, GitHub, Threads, Instagram, or Facebook. To delete data on those services, use each platform's own privacy or account settings.

5. Meta data deletion callback

If a Meta platform sends OctoDock a data deletion notice, OctoDock receives it at the endpoint below and deletes the matching token:
